Governed by the laws of Sri Lanka
1 · Who can sell
Companies, clubs, schools, venues and independent promoters in Sri Lanka. We check who you are before your first payout.
Eligibility covers registered businesses and verified individuals in Sri Lanka. You must provide the business or ID documents we request. We may refuse or suspend an organiser account that fails verification or breaks these terms.
2 · Listing an event
Describe your event honestly: the right date, venue, line-up, age limits and seat map. You need the permits and rights to hold it.
Listings must be accurate on date, venue, line-up, age limits and seat map. You must hold any permits, licences and performance rights needed. We may remove listings that are prohibited, misleading or unsafe.
3 · Fees
5% per ticket sold, no set-up fee, and nothing for free events. You choose whether the booking fee is added to the price or absorbed.
Our fee schedule, taxes and payment processing charges apply as shown in your organiser dashboard. Custom rates may be agreed in writing. Free events have no SeatSnaps selling fee.
4 · Payouts
We pay ticket sales, minus fees and refunds, into your Sri Lankan bank account within 5 working days after the event.
Payout timing, any reserve held for refunds and chargebacks, advance payout requests and statements are set out in your payout settings. Funds only go to a verified Sri Lankan bank account in your name or your organisation's name.
5 · Changes and cancellations
Tell us straight away if your event moves or is cancelled. Ticket holders always get a full refund option, paid from your ticket sales.
Notice periods and refund obligations follow our Refund policy. Fees on refunds and what happens if sales have already been paid out are covered in that policy and your organiser agreement.
6 · Customer data
You see the names and contact details of people who book your events. Use them only for your events, and only email people who agreed to hear from you.
Data sharing, permitted use, security and data protection duties are described here and in our Privacy policy. You must not sell attendee data or use it for unrelated marketing.
7 · On the day
Scan every ticket with the SeatSnaps check-in app. You're responsible for safety, staff and the venue.
Use SeatSnaps check-in for entry. You remain responsible for venue safety, staffing, insurance and lawful entry refusal. SeatSnaps does not run the event itself.
8 · Ending the agreement
Either side may end the agreement as set out in the full terms, including what happens to events still on sale and final payouts. Questions: contact us.
