1 · Who we are
SeatSnaps is a ticketing platform run by Rispit. We sell tickets on behalf of event organisers.
SeatSnaps is a product of Rispit, Rispit (Private) Limited, registration no. PV 00223456, No. 12, Power House Road, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
2 · Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and your contact details up to date, so your tickets reach you.
You must be eligible to create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current so we can deliver tickets and notices.
3 · Buying tickets
The price you see at checkout is the full price. Your booking is confirmed when you get a booking code. Up to 6 tickets per order unless the event says otherwise.
Prices at checkout include applicable booking fees unless stated otherwise. A seat hold is temporary until payment completes. Your order is confirmed when you receive a booking code. Order limits may apply per event. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
4 · Using your ticket
Each QR code lets one person in once. Follow the venue's rules; staff can refuse entry if you don't.
Entry is subject to venue rules, age limits and any ID checks the organiser or venue requires. Recording or filming may be restricted. Venue or organiser staff may refuse entry if a ticket is invalid or rules are not followed.
5 · Resale and transfers
Send tickets to friends free in the app. Selling above face value isn't allowed, and resold tickets can be cancelled.
Transfers through SeatSnaps are free where the event allows them. Resale above face value is not allowed. Tickets sold outside these rules may be cancelled without a refund to the unauthorised buyer.
6 · Organisers' responsibilities
The organiser puts on the event and is responsible for it. We handle the tickets and payments.
Organisers are responsible for staging the event, venue arrangements and fulfilling what they advertise. SeatSnaps provides ticketing, payments and related tools. Organisers also agree to the Organiser terms.
7 · Liability
Limitation of liability and statutory rights wording will be supplied by counsel. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights you cannot waive under Sri Lankan law.
8 · Changes and contact
We'll tell you by email at least 14 days before any important change to these terms. Questions: contact us.
