1 · What we collect

2 · How we use it

To run your bookings, keep the platform safe, and, only if you say yes, send offers and recommendations. Legal bases for processing will be listed here.

3 · Who we share it with

The organiser of an event you book gets your name and ticket details so they can run entry. Our payment, SMS and email providers process data for us under contract. Processor categories will be listed here.

4 · How long we keep it

Booking records for 7 years for tax law; everything else until you delete your account. A full retention schedule will be published here.

5 · Your choices

Change what we send in Notifications, download or delete your data in Profile & settings, or ask us at privacy@seatsnaps.com. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority in Sri Lanka.
